If you change your Instagram password, your Personal Growth Assistant will lose access to your account and will not be able to perform any growth-related activities on your behalf. To ensure uninterrupted service, please follow these steps:
- Inform your Personal Growth Assistant: Send a message to your Personal Growth Assistant notifying them of the password change. This will help them avoid attempting to access your account with the old password, which may result in temporary access issues.
- Update your account information: After changing your password, please update your account information in our system. You can do this by updating the Credentials form in the Control tab. Make sure to double-check the “Username” and “Password” fields before submitting the form.
- Monitor your account: Keep an eye on your Instagram account for any login prompts or notifications. If you see a “Was this you?” prompt, verify the login attempt with your Personal Growth Assistant before accepting it.
