These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ascend Viral’s services (“Service”), including any content, features, or functionality offered as part of our Instagram growth service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Overview of Services
Ascend Viral is a full-service Instagram growth agency that offers manual, ethical Instagram growth. We provide personalized engagement through our Personal Growth Assistant service, targeting real users based on your preferences. Our approach is manual, meaning no bots, no automation, and no shortcuts. All actions performed on your behalf are done in compliance with Instagram’s Terms of Service, ensuring the safety and integrity of your account.
Account Setup and Client Responsibilities
By subscribing to Ascend Viral, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including access to your Instagram account, as necessary for us to perform our services. Ascend Viral requires your Instagram login credentials to perform actions on your behalf. Your security and privacy are our top priority, and we store your data securely using advanced encryption protocols.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their Instagram account complies with Instagram’s terms of service, as Ascend Viral is not liable for any violations, restrictions, or actions taken by Instagram against your account, including bans or suspensions.
Service Expectations
While Ascend Viral provides strategies and hands-on assistance to grow your Instagram following, growth results vary based on factors such as niche, content quality, account history, and target audience. Ascend Viral cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, likes, or engagement levels. Our goal is to help build an engaged, authentic community around your content through ethical and sustainable methods.
We do not use bots or artificial engagement, and we do not promise or sell followers, likes, or comments. Growth is a natural byproduct of the engagement strategies we employ, but we focus on quality over quantity.
Real Growth Guarantee
Ascend Viral offers a Real Growth Guarantee to ensure you receive meaningful results from our service. If your cost per follower exceeds $1 in any given month, you are eligible for a full refund for that month. This guarantee is in place to assure you that we are delivering value. Refund requests must be made within the same month of service. Retroactive refund requests for previous months are not supported.
To qualify for a refund under the Real Growth Guarantee, clients must contact Ascend Viral’s support team within the applicable month, providing relevant details about growth results.
Refund Policy
Ascend Viral’s refund policy includes:
- A full refund for a month where we fail to meet our Real Growth Guarantee standards. Limit one refund per user.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the same month of service; requests for retroactive refunds for multiple months are not supported.
- Refunds or complimentary service months disqualify clients from receiving future refunds for subsequent months of service.
- Refunds are also available for accidental payments, provided the request is made within 48 hours of the payment by contacting any of our approved ascendviral.com support channels.
- Refunds are not applicable for accounts that violate Instagram’s terms or use third-party growth services that conflict with Ascend Viral’s methods.
Please note that all subscription fees are auto-renewing, and it is the client’s responsibility to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to use the service. Refunds will not be issued for non-utilization of the service unless properly canceled through our Member’s Area.
Subscription and Billing
Ascend Viral’s services operate on a subscription basis. Upon subscribing, clients agree to recurring billing based on the selected service plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Clients can cancel their subscription at any time via the Member’s Area. Simply messaging us does not constitute a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle results in a renewal, and no refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have already been renewed if the request is not made after the first 48 hours of the initial payment.
Limitations of Liability
Ascend Viral provides services that comply with Instagram’s terms; however, we are not responsible for any actions Instagram may take against your account, including but not limited to temporary restrictions, shadowbans, or permanent account suspension. By using our services, you release Ascend Viral from legal responsibility related to any actions taken by Instagram on your account.
Ascend Viral is not liable for any losses, including but not limited to loss of followers, account restrictions, or impacts on business, that result from factors outside our control, such as Instagram’s algorithm changes or external growth services used by the client.

Security and Privacy
Your security is important to us. We use advanced encryption protocols to protect your login credentials and other personal data. The only third-party tool we use is OwlStat, which complies with Instagram’s data policies and accesses only publicly available data.
We will never sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. By using our services, you agree to our data usage policy and the collection of data required to perform our services.
Communication Policy
Ascend Viral’s preferred method of communication with clients is through our secure Assistant Dashboard. We also offer email support for pre-sale inquiries and users requiring additional assistance. While we aim to centralize communications on our website, we’re happy to engage via email if needed. However, sensitive information should not be shared via email or chat and should only be entered through our secure onboarding form.
Live chat is available on ascendviral.com for pre-sale inquiries. Active clients should use the Assistant Dashboard to connect with our team.
Service Refusal and Termination
Ascend Viral holds the right to refuse service to anyone and may terminate a client’s service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Inappropriate behavior towards Ascend Viral team members.
- Providing inaccurate billing information.
- Using Cash App credit cards for the free trial.
- Using a payment account that is flagged by our payment processors.
- Providing fictitious information.
- Providing Instagram accounts that violate Instagram’s terms of service.
- Providing Instagram accounts deemed too difficult to grow (rare).
- Providing instructions that go beyond a Personal Growth Assistant’s typical follow/unfollow activity.
- Requesting overly specific targeting beyond the reasonable scope of our onboarding criteria.
- Any other reason Ascend Viral deems necessary for service termination.
Use of Cookies
Ascend Viral uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and improve the functionality of our website. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us analyze website traffic, personalize content, and provide a more user-friendly experience. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy. Payment Processing
Ascend Viral uses trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal, to securely handle all transactions. By using our service, you agree to Stripe and PayPal’s terms of service. Ascend Viral does not store your payment information directly and is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processors.
Affiliations
Ascend Viral is an independent digital marketing agency and is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other platforms or services. Our growth strategies comply with Instagram’s terms of service but operate independently of any formal affiliation with Meta or its associated companies.
Acceptable Use
Clients agree to use Ascend Viral’s services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating Instagram’s terms of service.
- Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.
- Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, as well as potential legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, and any legal disputes arising from the use of Ascend Viral’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content and materials available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, videos, audio clips, software, code, data compilations, design, layout, look, and appearance (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Ascend Viral LLC or its content suppliers, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, unless otherwise stated.
The compilation, organization, and display of the Content, as well as all software and inventions used on or associated with this website, are the exclusive property of Ascend Viral LLC.
Restrictions on Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal or commercial use. Except as otherwise expressly authorized by Ascend Viral LLC, you agree not to:
