Yes, you may use your account normally. Just try to avoid the app between 10pm – 8am CST. Also, please avoid performing actions in mass (don’t do a lot of follows or unfollows at any given time). Instagram limits the amount of activity that an account can perform in an hour, a day, a week & a month.
