I’d like to cancel my subscription. How can I do this?

We’re sorry to see you go. 🙁 We’d love for you to message your Personal Growth Assistant that you are thinking about canceling. We’d like to understand your concerns and see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.

Ultimately, you can cancel in the Ascend Viral Member’s Area. You aren’t able to cancel in the Instagram Dashboard, you’ll need to head to our Member’s Area on our main site.

Member’s Area > My Profile > Subscriptions > Cancel
